You turn a client's ideal customer into a running campaign. You build the lead list, qualify it, launch the email and LinkedIn sequences and keep the sending infrastructure healthy. Then you automate whatever you've done twice, so one person runs what used to take a team.
What your day looks like.
- 01MorningCheck yesterday's numbers: replies, bounces, inbox health.
- 02List buildingSource companies and people in Clay and our data providers, qualify them, enrich emails.
- 03LaunchSet up campaigns in Instantly and HeyReach and launch them once every check passes.
- 04Between tasksAutomate a repeat step with Claude Code, Python or an API integration.
- 05End of dayUpdate the client dashboard and note what you'll change tomorrow.
What you'll do
- Build precise lead lists from a client's ICP, personas and buying signals
- Run qualification, enrichment and data cleaning before anything goes out
- Launch and monitor email and LinkedIn campaigns
- Watch deliverability and sending infrastructure, and fix issues before they cost replies
- Build automations with Claude Code, Python and APIs
- Report results to clients and adjust targeting and copy from the data
What you bring
- Fluent English
- Comfortable with APIs, spreadsheets and scripting, or quick to learn them
- You use Claude Code or similar AI tools to automate work instead of repeating it
- You measure yourself by booked meetings and pipeline
- You keep systems and files organized
- Available during US business hours
Nice to have
Not required, just a plus.
- Outbound, RevOps or growth experience
- Experience with Clay, Instantly or n8n
