What's the minimum commitment?
90 days minimum on a performance basis, no risk to you, then month-to-month. We need that window to learn your market, refine the copy, and let outbound compound. First results land around week 3, volume peaks days 45 to 90.
What's the pricing model like?
Performance-based. A small monthly fee covers infrastructure, software, list-building, and data at cost (we make zero profit on it). Everything else is pay-per-qualified-lead or pay-per-booked-meeting, locked on the strategy call.
Can you build the system in-house with us, too?
Yes. That's the long game for a lot of partnerships. Done-for-you is the low-risk way to prove the system works before you commit to owning it. Once the pipeline is predictable, we build the same engine inside your company, train your team to run it, and move into an advisory seat on the newest tools and tactics. You start by renting the results. You end up owning the system that makes them.
How fast do we see results?
First replies and qualified leads by week 3 to 4. The real volume (booked meetings, forecastable pipeline) lands between day 45 and day 90. Outbound compounds, but only with time to learn.
How long does onboarding take?
Seven to fourteen days. Covers infrastructure setup, ICP-targeted list building, copywriting, and the first campaign launch. You sign off on copy and list before anything ships.
How do we start working together?
Book a strategy call so we can gauge fit and see if we can help. If we both see a path, we'll prepare a proposal on the growth partnership. Once that's signed, we kick off with an onboarding call where we dive deep into strategy, systems, channels, pricing, and timeline.
What does done-for-you actually mean?
We run the whole stack: infrastructure, lists, copy, daily campaign ops, reply handling, CRM hygiene. You show up to qualified meetings. Your only asks: an ICP workshop in week 1, copy sign-off before each launch, and a Friday review.
What services do you offer?
Four components, one engine. Email at volume, LinkedIn outbound, German-speaking cold calling, and the AI RevOps layer (CRM sync, agents, attribution, speed-to-lead). Channels run separately or as one compounding system.
What industries or company stages is this best suited for?
B2B Tech, SaaS, Consultancies, Agencies, and professional services with a minimum contract value of €15.000. Revenue should be above €100K per month. Below that, we'll have to assess the situation first.
What is a qualified lead or meeting?
A meeting that's booked on your calendar, with a prospect who matches your approved ICP, and who actually shows up. All three have to be true. No-shows and off-ICP attendees don't count.
How do you ensure lead quality?
Three filters before a lead reaches your CRM: ICP fit scored from your closed-won data, engagement intent classified by our agents, and human review on every booked meeting. You don't pay for leads outside your criteria.
How do you protect my domain reputation?
We never send from your primary domain. We register secondary sending domains that redirect to yours, then warm and rotate mailboxes across them. If a secondary takes a hit, your main domain stays untouched.
What visibility do I have on the process?
You see everything. Lead lists and copy come to you for sign-off before anything ships. Live dashboards on opens, replies, and meetings run in your Slack, with a Friday review on what's working and what's next.
Do I need my own tools or software?
No. We bring the full stack: sending domains, mailboxes, LinkedIn accounts, calling infrastructure, CRM wiring, AI agents. All covered by the monthly fee.
What if I'm already doing outbound in-house?
We sit on top of what your team already runs. Common patterns: we operate a channel they don't have capacity for, test a new ICP segment in parallel, or scale volume on a channel that's already converting. Most clients use us instead of hiring another $80K SDR.
What if I only need one channel?
Most engagements start with email plus cold calling. The exact channel mix gets locked in your ICP workshop in week 1 based on where your buyers actually respond. If one channel is clearly the right starting point, we run only that.
What if you decide you can't help?
We'll tell you on the discovery call. No point taking work we can't make compound. We pass on about 64% of the calls we take.
