What you'll do
- Answer interested replies from email and LinkedIn campaigns within minutes
- Call warm leads the moment they reply
- Follow up across email, phone, LinkedIn and voicemail until a lead books or passes
- Learn each client's offer well enough to answer real questions
- Keep every lead's status current in the CRM
What you bring
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- You like warm calls and pick up the phone without hesitating
- You follow up until you get an answer
- You stay organized and never lose track of a lead
- You want feedback and act on it
- Available during US business hours
Nice to have
Not required, just a plus.
- SDR, BDR or appointment-setting experience
- Familiarity with Instantly, HeyReach, Close or Claude
